We take privacy seriously — and we believe public transport apps shouldn’t collect unnecessary data. This Privacy Policy explains what information Tramoji (“App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and your rights.
The short version? We don’t want your personal data, we don’t need it, and we don’t sell anything about you — ever.
We may collect anonymous usage data to understand how people use the app, which screens and features are used most, and to capture performance or crash information. This helps us improve functionality and stability. The data cannot identify you and does not include your name, email, device ID, or anything personal.
When you search stops or routes, that information stays on your device or is processed only to deliver real-time transit results. We do not associate these searches with your identity.
If you email us or voluntarily share feedback, we see what you send — nothing more.
We do not collect:

Purchases and subscriptions are handled securely via Apple App Store. We never see or store payment information.

The app is intended for users 12+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Even though we store almost nothing, we still follow best practices to keep all systems secure.
We may update this policy over time. If changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top will be updated.
Tramoji is here to make your public transport experience and day a little better — not to collect your data. We only use anonymous analytics to improve performance, stability, and user experience. Nothing personal, nothing creepy.
